Yoga & Breathwork
I offer yoga as a practice of balance — where movement and stillness meet. My dynamic VINYASA classes are creative, flowing sequences set to music, designed to move you out of the mind and into the body, building fluidity and presence through breath and rhythm.
My YIN classes are softer and contemplative, with long-held postures that nourish the fascia and invite deep release, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet. Together, these practices create a space to reconnect with yourself — through flow, through stillness, and through resonance.
Breathwork offers deep transformation.
Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful and safe way to infuse the body with oxygen and energy, recharging our own (often depleted) systems to work to their healing capacity. It facilitates openings to higher levels of consciousness, allowing us to tap into our deeper resources and live our lives joyfully and in abundance.
The process of consciously connecting the inhale to the exhale in a relaxed manner allows the breath to release tension in the body such as pain. This is mainly due to trapped and suppressed emotions.
